International travellers entering WA are
required to:
meet Commonwealth
Government requirements (external link) to
enter Australia, including vaccination and
testing requirements.
meet WA
government requirements to enter WA,
including vaccination and testing requirements
complete a Digital
Passenger Declaration (homeaffairs.gov.au)
be fully vaccinated under the Commonwealth
Government requirements, if
eligible. Unvaccinated travellers will be
required to complete 7 days of hotel quarantine.

Alternatively, participants
may ask their travel agents to arrange their
travel to Australia and obtain a tourist visa
irrespective of whether or not they have
registered with the Conference Secretariat. If
participants have any difficulties in obtaining
their visa, they should contact the Conference
Secretary.
Note:
Please note ICAAF is not authorized to assist
with the VISA process beyond providing the
Notification of Acceptance Letter and Invitation
Letter (after registration) issued by the ICAAF
Committee Board. The invitation letter will be
issued after the successful registration.
Should your application be denied, ICAAF cannot
change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs, nor will ICAAF engage in discussion or
correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on
behalf of the applicant. The registration fee
cannot be refunded when the VISA application of
individual being denied.
